Our Returns & Refund policy is shown below. A buyer can and will receive a full refund if the following terms and conditions are met below:

  • buyer receives and item damaged and contacts us within 48 hours or receipt of said product – (we post all of our products using registered mail and we are notified when delivery takes place). As you are aware many of our products are more fragile than other similar products. Our engines for example have 2mm struts and can be easily broken by the buyer through putting strenuous force on the engines, accidental dropping or simple mishandling of the product. For this very reason we will not issue returns or refunds after 48 hours of the receipt of product.
  • the item is not as described on our website – we hope that all of our products match exactly to their description on the website, if you believe the item does not match its description then please contact us through the email address at the bottom of this policy within 48 hours.


If you have met the above criteria we will do one of the following –

  • issue a full refund
  • issue a replacement
  • issue store credit
  • we might ask you to return the product to us for inspection, however, returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded for obvious reasons.
